Murals, Wallpaper and Custom Murals

Murals are an easy and quick way to embolden your home décor. Maybe you have always dreamed of living in the Tuscan countryside or would really rather be on the golf course all day? Murals basically come in three forms;

You can have one hand painted on your wall. This is probably the most expensive way of achieving a custom look for a room in your home unless you have an artistic flair and feel up to pursuing this as a d-i-y project. Murals, can come with or without a trompe l'oeil effect. Trompe-l'œil, is literally from the French - 'deceive the eye', is an art technique involving extremely realistic imagery in order to create the optical illusion that the depicted objects appear in three dimensions. Murals can be big or small and can encompass a whole room or only part. A mural is a painting applied directly to a wall, ceiling or other permanent surface and date back to prehistoric times showing that man has always had an instinct to decorate their den.

However, if Michelangelo is not in your dna and you wish to have a professional image applied onto your wall, or especially the often overlooked fifth wall or ceiling, then Tattoowall is one way to achieve this.
